Noida: Miffed over shoddy services at the society, the residents of Supertech Capetown, a highrise in Sector 74, Noida, staged a protest on Monday evening.
They complained that despite the continuous high maintenance charges, the developer has cut short the services as compared to what he was offering earlier.
Amit Tiwari, a resident of the society, complained that the developer has deployed inadequate security staff. He said that there are around 50 guards at present, which should be increased to at least 110. “They are also not trained ones,” he added.
Tiwari said that the protest was done to demand better services as the builder has so far failed to provide it.
He said, “Though we are continuously paying maintenance charges to the developer, we are not getting good services at par with the charges that we are paying. We have decided to stage protests every day until the developer improves it.”
The residents also pointed towards the lack of proper vigilance in basement parking lots. They said that anyone can park the vehicle there and it is happening at the wrong parking lots.
