Builder's men try to barge into Sethi Max Royal after handover of maintenance
Noida: A day after the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) of Sethi Max Royal, a highrise in Sector 76, Noida managed to take over the maintenance from the developer, a group of unidentified men, claiming to be builder's men allegedly attempted to enter into the society forcefully.
People alleged that the development did not go down well on the developer. They said that he was not willing to leave the society despite the formation of AOA a few years ago.
President of the AOA, RG Badadhe said that the association had served legal notice to the developer for giving handover of the society as he was not ready to do so. As he failed to comply with the notice, the association took over the society's maintenance on Sunday. A day later, the developer allegedly called up a few people who attempted to capture the society's maintenance.
As they were attempting to enter into the society forcefully, the residents called the police and informed them about the forceful act of unidentified men. They also wrote to Sector 49 Police Station, under whose jurisdiction the residential areas fall, seeking action against them.
In the complaint, the residents demanded the police to register an FIR against these men and initiate action against them. They told the police that they are facing problems due to these kinds of activities. It should be controlled immediately.
