Noida: The Apartment Owners Association (AOA) of Purvanchal Royal Park, a highrise in Sector 137 has called an annual general body meeting to discuss issues. It will also announce the date for society's next election.
According to residents, the meeting will take place on Saturday. The members were informed about the annual general body meeting earlier.
They informed that new membership forms will also be accepted from respective residents of the society. They will be accepted before the start of the meeting and residents would be allowed to participate in the meeting after due verification of details given for obtaining membership.
The board would also take decisions to amend the byelaws for accommodating digital forms of meeting for AOA of Purvanchal Royal Park. It would also make rectification in some expenses in compliance with the byelaws.
Besides this, an important decision for conducting the next election of the society will also be taken. The date of election will be announced.
