Dwarka: One can see missing and damaged storm drain covers quite often at the Radhika Apartments in Sector 14, Dwarka. They are making the society unsafe for pedestrians and kids.
Those kids who play at the park and roam inside the premises might fall in the drains and sustain injuries.
A woman resident had recently hurt herself badly when she fell into one such drain in the society.
The concerned authority is the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC). It must pay heed to this issue and fix the covers immediately.
Residents of the society said that these drains should be covered as soon as possible as they are a threat to the people residing in the society.
