New Delhi: Delhi on Monday reported 306 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,30,506. The number of new cases reported came out of 56,390 tests conducted on the previous day.
Of which, 33,926 were RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 22,464 were rapid antigen tests. The positivity rate was 0.54 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate declined to 6.67 per cent.
13 patients died due to coronavirus in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 10,691. 12 deaths were recorded on Sunday, 12 on Saturday, 10 on Friday, 19 on Thursday and 16 on Wednesday.
407 patients recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,16,461 in the national capital. The recovery rate was 97.77 per cent.
The recoveries outnumbered the new cases on Monday. Active cases declined by 114 in the last 24 hours. Delhi has now 3,354 active cases.
Out of the total 12,110 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 10,602 are vacant. A total of 1,491 patients are in home isolation.
