New Delhi: Delhi on Wednesday reported 150 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,35,481. The number of new cases reported came out of 56,658 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 30,812 were RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 25,846 were rapid antigen tests. The positivity rate was 0.26 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate declined to 5.83 per cent.
Six patients succumbed to coronavirus in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 10,864. Two deaths were recorded on Tuesday, 3 on Monday, 4 on Sunday, 8 on Saturday and 6 on Friday.
A total of 153 patients have recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,23,409 in the national capital. The recovery rate was 98.10 per cent. Delhi has now 1,208 active cases.
Out of the total 6,302 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 5,703 are vacant. A total of 440 patients are in home isolation.
