As the country celebrates Basant Panchami, CitySpidey gets a hold of Hindustani classical music singer and teacher Dr. Shailesh Singh. The veteran has an MPhil and a Ph.D. which also focuses on 'ragas' sung during the Spring season and those that celebrate Basant Panchami.
