New Delhi: Delhi on Tuesday reported 94 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,37,181. The number of new cases reported came out of 56,944 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 34,679 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 22,265 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate was 0.17 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate declined to 5.46 per cent.
One death was reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 10,894. Two deaths were reported on Monday, 2 on Sunday 3, 0 on Saturday, 3 on Friday, and 2 on Thursday.
A total of 110 patients have recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,25,268 in the national capital. The recovery rate was 98.12 per cent. Currently, there are 1,053 active cases in the city.
Out of the total 5,770 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 5,289 are vacant.
A total of 420 patients are in home isolation.
