New Delhi: Delhi on Saturday recorded 152 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,37,755. The number of new cases reported came out of 62,063 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 40,543 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 21,520 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate was at 0.24 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate declined to 5.36 per cent.
One death was reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 10,898. A total of 179 patients recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,25,832 in the national capital.
The recovery rate was 98.13 per cent. Currently, there are 1,025 active cases in the city. Out of the total 5,751 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 5,344 are vacant. A total of 430 patients are in home isolation.
