New Delhi: The Capital on Monday recorded 239 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,41,340. The number of new cases reported came out of 47,689 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 35,968 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 11,721 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate was 0.50 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate declined to 4.98 per cent.
Three deaths were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 10,924.
A total of 309 patients have recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,28,686 in the national capital. Currently, there are 1,730 active cases in the city.
Out of the total 5,709 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 5,170 are vacant. A total of 947 patients are in home isolation.
