The colours of freedom

With just a day to go for August 15, City Spidey compiles five illustrations from across the web that'll stir the patriot in you.

The colours of freedom

This August 15, we celebrate our 70th Independence Day. We've come so far since 1947 that it is easy to forget about the fight that brought us our much-coveted freedom. So if you are sitting in your comfortable couch, enjoying a hot cup of coffee, it is only because there were people who sacrificed it all so you could lead this life. We are standing on the shoulders of those giants.

With just one more day for August 15, we bring you illustrations from the world wide web to awaken the patriot in you. Jai Hind!
