New Delhi: The Capital on Thursday recorded 409 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,42,439. The number of new cases reported came out of 69,810 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 42,187 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 27,623 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate was 0.59 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate declined to 4.91 per cent.
Three deaths were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 10,934.
A total of 286 patients have recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,29,485 in the national capital. Currently, there are 2,020 active cases in the city.
Out of the total 5,709 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 5,132 are vacant. A total of 1,028 patients are in home isolation.
