New Delhi: The Capital on Thursday recorded 607 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,45,632. The number of new cases reported came out of 80,253 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 48,737 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 31,516 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate was 0.76 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate declined to 4.75 per cent.
One death was reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 10,949.
A total of 384 patients have recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,31,759 in the national capital. Currently, there are 2,924 active cases in the city.
Out of the total 5,711 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 4,917 are vacant. A total of 1,519 patients are in home isolation.
