New Delhi: The netizens started a meme fest on social media after a T20 match between India and England. On Thursday, during the match at Narendra Modi stadium, the decision of third umpire was turned out to be wrong. The umpire had declared Suryakumar Yadav out and it eventually turned out to be wrong.

Yadav, played his debut innings in international cricket on Thursday and played a valuable knock of 57 runs for his team. In the 14th over of pacer Sam Curran, Yadav swept the second ball towards  deep fine leg and was caught by Dawid Malan. The on-field umpire's decision was out.

Although, replay showed that the ball touched the ground. However, the third umpire, Virender Sharma sustained the decision of on-field umpire. On that decision, experts questioned how the on-field umpire was able to see the ball which was so far away and also called for the rule to be looked into.

After Yadav’s wicket, Washington Sundar was also caught out at deep third man by Adil Rashid and his feet had also touched the boundary rope but the decision stayed the same (out).

Virender Sehwag, shared a tweet after the match, “Third umpire while  making that decision. #INDvENGt20 #suryakumar.”

After this, Indian cricket fans flooded microblogging site Twitter with memes. See the reactions:
