New Delhi: With the surge in Covid-19 cases recently, it seems that the situation is going downhill again. Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has tested positive for coronavirus. Reportedly, he had been experiencing mild symptoms. On Saturday morning, Tendulkar took to Twitter to share the news.
He shared a post that said, “I have been testing myself and taking all the recommended precautions to ensure COVID is kept at bay. However, I have tested positive today following mild symptoms. All others at home have tested negative. I have quarantined myself at home and I am following all the necessary protocols as advised by my doctors. I want to thank all the healthcare professionals who are supporting me and many others across the country. Take care all of you”.

Previously, Kartik Aaryan also tested positive for coronavirus and shared the same on Monday with an Instagram post. The post had a plus sign graphic with the caption “Positive ho gaya. Dua karo.”
Several Bollywood stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Arjun Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Kriti Sanon, Ranbir Kapoor and others have contracted the deadly virus recently.
