New Delhi: Avengers may have finally defeated Thanos but the fever of the iconic movie franchise doesn't seem to fade away. Recently, a Marvel fan snapped a world record of his own. There are regular Marvel fans and then there is Floridian Ramiro Alanis, a man who watched Avengers: Endgame 191 times!
Alanis broke the Guinness World Record for the most cinema productions attended of the same film, after watching the Marvel film an insane number of times in theatres.
He tweeted, “I’m Officially Amazing!!!”

Shared on March 17, the tweet has garnered almost 543 likes and several comments. While many congratulated Alanis for his record, others shared varied reactions regarding the record.
Guinness World Records also shared a blog about Alanis. A personal trainer by profession, Alanis, relates most to the character of Captain America aka Steve Rogers played by Chris Evans, says the blog.
He initially got the idea for the record attempt from the former record-holder, NemRaps, who held the record for watching Avengers: Infinity War, it says further.
Is Ramiro Alanis the biggest superhero fan in the world?

The commitment took a lot for Alanis, who gave an interview to Guinness saying, “The most difficult part about this attempt was giving up my social life with my family, the gym (I lost 16 pounds of muscle) and managing my work hours and screening times at the theatres.”
He said that it was all worth it when he received the official email confirmation. Alanis said that tears flooded his eyes.
He said he couldn't have done it without the support he got from family, friends, managers and staff from the theatres he visited, as well as the fellow Marvel fans cheering his journey on social media.
Some tweets congratulating him on making a record:
