New Delhi: The Capital on Wednesday recorded 1,819 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,62,430. The number of new cases reported came out of 67,070 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 36,808 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 30,262 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate stood at 2.71 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate was at 4.54 per cent.
Eleven deaths were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 11,027.
A total of 399 patients have recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,42,565 in the national capital. Currently, there are 8,838 active cases in the city.
Out of the total 5,815 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 4,016 are vacant. A total of 5,196 patients are in home isolation.
