Greater Noida: Responding to a tweet of residents, the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on Monday asked the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) to initiate action against violation of DG guidelines at Exotica Dreamville in Sector 16C, Greater Noida West.
The CPCB tweeted, “@DreamvilleResi @OfficialGNIDA and 12 others @OfficialGNIDA please take immediate action and upload ATR.”

Through their Twitter handle, the residents had informed the authority that the CPCB guidelines were violated as the silencer of the DG set was not installed at prescribed height in the residential society.
On April 3, the residents wrote on the twitter handle, “@OfficialGNIDA The permissible DG silencer height should be higher than the height of the building as per @CPCB_OFFICIAL guidelines. But @UppcbN CPCB guidelines are being completely violated by the @ExoticaHousing at Exotica Dreamville Sec16C GrenoWest. Pls take necessary action.”
The Apartment Owners Association of Exotica Dreamville also tweeted on the matter. On their Twitter handle, they wrote, “@DreamvilleResi @OfficialGNIDA and 12 others We request the concerned department to take appropriate action.”
