New Delhi: The Capital on Monday recorded 3,548 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,79,962. The number of new cases reported came out of 64,003 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 43,960 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 20,043 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate stood at 5.54 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate was at 4.54 per cent.
Fifteen deaths were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 11,096.
A total of 2,936 patients have recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,54,277 in the national capital. Currently, there are 14,589 active cases in the city.
Out of the total 6,203 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 3,228 are vacant. A total of 7,983 patients are in home isolation.
