New Delhi: It is rightly said that health is wealth. In the rat race of today’s world, people have no time to focus on their health. This can cause harm in the longer run and thus it becomes important to promote a healthy lifestyle in workplaces.

On the occasion of World Health Day, Subhash Infraengineers Pvt Ltd (SIPL) Group and its subsidiaries namely Mount Olympus School (Education); Jivaka Health Care (Healthcare); Sunshine (Solar Power) and Clarks Inn Hotel (Hospitality) exercised together for a healthy and safe future taking all necessary precautions during Covid times.

DS Saini, Chairman & Managing Director taught basic pranayamas and said, “During these testing times of Covid-19, one must give at least 30 minutes to his/her health on a daily basis. This would not only boost the immunity but also the overall productivity.”

The event was powered by Ankit of Bhangra Dynasty who made everybody do zumba and bhangra with great enthusiasm. He also showcased his dancing skills and taught how to groove and move with a smile.

TD Arora, Chief Executive and Director, emphasised on the benefits of stretching and performed a vast array of exercises. He said, “Perseverance is the key to a successful business and a healthy body.”
