New Delhi: In the digital world, we all are used to advance technologies because they make our lives easier. In most cases, we all are totally dependent on technologies like Google Maps, Paytm etc.

Many applications help us in our everyday life. If you are travelling on unknown street, you are not afraid anymore because you have Google Maps.

We rely on such applications and they have become part of our lives. But sometimes, it can also deceive us.

In Indonesia, a groom reached wrong venue on the day of his wedding and the reason behind this was Google Maps.

According to The Tribune, there were two ceremonies, a wedding and an engagement in the same village which became a part of the  confusion. The report added that the 27-year-old bride, Ulfa was initially unaware about this because she was busy getting with her make-up artist.

“But my family welcomed them and they proceeded to exchange gifts,” she said.

We all know that the Google Maps is one of the best ways to navigate or to find places but at many times people face problems with this.

Last year, in a village of Tamil Nadu, a man filed a complaint at the local police station for showing places that he has never been to. This means that the feature may not always depict the exact location.
