Covid-19: Things we must not forget

Covid cases have surged, again. We suggest precautions, again

Covid-19: Things we must not forget

New Delhi: Things don’t look very different from how they were last year. No matter how much we blabber about 2020, it is the same scenario yet again with a single-day spike in Covid cases making records every day. In order to contain the situation, it has become important to keep in mind and religiously follow some basic precautions.

People above 65 years of age, persons with comorbidities, pregnant women, and children below the age of 10 should avoid stepping out. It is important to maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet (2 gaj ki doori) in public places. The masks should be worn at all times and that too properly covering the nose and mouth. Also, avoid touching the front portion of your mask/face covers.

Make sanitizers your best friends again and take them everywhere you go. Keep using sanitizers and wash your hands regularly. Stay away from any sort of physical contact as much as possible and remember that spitting is strictly prohibited.

Keep your hand hygiene in check and in public places, provisions like sanitizer dispensers and thermal screening must be made available. It is mandatory to wear face masks while going in public places, yeah, masks never really went away but be extra careful now.

That is pretty much all for now. Keep all of this in mind while stepping out of your homes and combat the coronavirus like a pro!
