This is how you can issue e-pass for a wedding in Delhi

New Delhi: To contain the rising Covid-19 cases in the national capital, the Delhi government has imposed a weekend curfew from April 17 till the early hours of April 19. The
portal for registration and issuance of e-pass for a weekend movement pass is now active on delhi.gov.in.

People who have done pre-bookings of establishments like banquet halls for marriages don’t have much clarity regarding the permissions being accorded to them. Such people can issue hassle-free e-passes by following these steps:

1. The organiser or the host of the event must prepare a list containing the names of 50 guests along with their Aadhar card numbers and contact numbers.
2. The organiser or the host of the event must bear upon himself/herself the responsibility of ensuring that all of the guests have applied for an e-pass on delhi.gov.in without which no permission shall be granted to any guest for violating the weekend curfew.
3. The organiser or the host of the event must include the reference numbers generated after each individual guest applies for an e-pass in the list as mentioned in point 1. above against their names.

The document thus prepared must contain:

a) Name of the guest
b) Aadhar card number of the guest
c) Contact number of the guest
d) Reference number generated after application

You can further mail the said document to sdmhqd@gmail.com. Once approved, the guests can download their e-passes from delhi.gov.in or from the link as provided in the SMS which they will receive on their registered mobile numbers.
