Dwarka: On Wednesday morning, I alongwith my wife went for vaccination as per the given slot of 11 am at Convention Centre LT Project in Sector 25, Dwarka. We reached there on time but could not locate the exact place and roamed in the area for one and a half hour without any result.
There were few more people like us who were in search of the exact location. We went to two gates of convention centre LT project. First we reached gate number 1 and afterwards went 1.5 km ahead at gate number 3.
When I entered the site, people present there said that they were not aware about such vaccination. We wanted to go ahead and check at gate number 4 and 5 too, but guards at gate number 3 said nothing can be done.
On the other hand, the road from gate number 3 to 5 was dusty and narrow and hence we decided to return. It was a bad experience. I did not take their numbers as I never thought this kind of site exists.
I know Dwarka well, yet I enquired in various WhatsApp groups of residents but never came across any one who could share their experience of this site.
Vaccination process must be smooth and comfortable for anyone. It was my second dose and now I will reschedule it. I have a suggestion and that is the government must provide the vaccination at doorstep.
