NOFAA writes to the health department for vaccination at highrises

Noida: The Noida Federation of Apartment Owners Associations (NOFAA) has written to the health department for free covid vaccination centres for a cluster of high rise societies under the community vaccination program.

Rajiva Singh, President, NOFAA said, “We request the administration to come up with a cluster approach for highrise societies which will provide a more focussed approach at micro level. This would help in maximising the overall vaccination process. This way we shall achieve 100 per cent vaccination in and around highrise societies of Gautam Buddh Nagar.”

It is mentioned in the letter that many high rise society residents have already got their first dose of vaccine through government and private covid vaccination centres and the smaller societies have also achieved a greater number.

Through this letter, they have requested a common camp for a cluster of high rise societies for the rest of the residents. Such camps will be helpful for remaining residents as well as for the housekeeping staff, domestic help etc. who still need to be vaccinated. The federation said they will be available for coordinating on the same.
