Dwarka: There are two bio toilets lying defunct, damaged and unused in Sector 6 park opposite ShivLok CGHS, a posh area in Dwarka. A picture by Team CitySpidey shows the broken structure once developed for the convenience of the community lying in neglected and deplorable state. The state of the toilet depicts the abject apathy that the authorities are showing in the upkeep of these toilets. Citizens want immediate attention of the civic authorities so that the facilities can be used once again.
