Residents of Aditya Urban Casa, a society in Noida, Sector 78, are not happy with the society's quality of construction, security level, and the unavailability of CCTV cameras for surveillance.
"When I tried fixing a nail on one of the walls, an entire chunk of plaster collapsed after just one blow," said Sanjay Kanaujia, a resident. "There are only five security guards for the 200 families living here. There should be at least 20 security guards and 10 strategically placed CCTV cameras."
When City Spidey contacted Prem Chaudhary, a member of the society's maintenance team, he said that any quality-related issue faced by residents would be rectified at the earliest. "The installation of CCTV cameras is scheduled to start by next month, with 10 units planned in the first phase. The number of guards is also going to go up soon."
