Noida: The Noida Extension Flat Owners Welfare Association (NEFOWA) on Wednesday met Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) of Greater Nodia Authority Amandeep Duli to discuss various issues at the camp Office located at Balak Inter College, Greater Noida West.

The residents of Aishwarya Apartment, Gaur City – 12the Avenue and Apex Golf Avenue were also present during the meeting.

President of NEFOWA, Abhishek Kumar said, “The issue of registry and maintenance is very important in the societies of Greater Noida West. The registry has not been done in many societies and in almost all societies, the main reason for conflict with builders is society maintenance. The ACEO of the authority has been requested to direct the builder to solve the problems of the societies.”

Rakesh Ranjan, AOA President of GC-12 raised the issue of the common facility of Gaur City-2 Complex. He said, “The internal roads of Gaur City-2 are completely broken, street lights and horticulture amenities are also not being maintained. Along with this, the sewer line is also not functioning properly, due to which the problem of backflow in the societies keeps coming in the rains.”
