Dwarka: If you are commuting in Dwarka and going towards Sector 3 along the master plan road 201 then you should be extra careful while taking a turn through the slip road at Sector 3/4/12/13 chowk towards Sector 3. There is a big pothole in the middle of the slip road due to which the vehicles have to slow down to the lowest speed to cross that spot.
According to the locals, the front glass of a vehicle came out yesterday because the driver couldn't judge the uneven surface near the pothole properly with respect to the speed of the vehicle.
The particular spot is on one of the busiest roads of Dwarka which is used by big and large vehicles alike. The place is so prominent that anyone can witness the spot. Public representatives like MLA and Councillors as well as other leaders use that particular slip road on a daily basis. However, the irony is that the particular spot has been in a damaged state for a long time and has always had temporary repairs.
Now the situation has become worse as the surface near the pothole has become increasingly damaged in the stretch. City Spidey visited the spot today afternoon and took photographs to create awareness about the danger of this stretch of the road among the community and the authorities. The concerned authorities must take notice of this and start the repair process urgently.
