Dwarka: Citizens living in Dwarka can now register complaints about power-related emergency cases and faulty streetlights in their areas through a new round-the-clock toll-free helpline launched by BSES.
Several spot inspections are being conducted with concerns over faulty, irregular, non-functional streetlights shared in the group platform.
The problem has persisted across Dwarka; however, complaints directly reported to the right BSES channel have been resolved.

Aman Bhandari, an Executive Committee Member of All Dwarka Residents Federation said, “Each of us can make a difference, change the status quo and play our part by reporting the issue of defunct street lights under the maintenance of BSES through the mentioned numbers, thereby ensuring that the problem for Dwarkiites does not further intensify.”
Harish Kumar, a resident of Sector 10 said, “We will definitely try this complaint procedure for lodging the complaint regarding non functioning streetlights.”
