On August 24, residents of Aishwaryam society met with the Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) of Greater Noida Authority Amandeep Duli to discuss various issues at the camp office located at Balak Inter College, Greater Noida West.
In the meeting, residents raised the issue of poor maintenance of their society and shared that the ramps in the society and roads in the parking area are in very bad condition. There is dampness everywhere in the basement and water is leaking. There is dampness in the tower too.
According to the residents, the fire extinguisher is not fully operational. Hose reels don't work. Rain Water Harvesting, Sewage Treatment Plant and Waste Treatment Plant also do not work properly. The residents requested the CEO to direct the builder to get rid of all these problems.
Arnimesh Kumar, AOA president of the society said, “It’s been two weeks but there is no update from the authority side. We are waiting for the response and for the tri-party meeting with the authority and the builder.”
Arvind Singh, PR of Greater Noida Authority said, “There is no update. We will inform you after having a conversation with the officials. It will be up soon.”
