Chakradhar Mishra, President of AOA said, “When we want to go out, we always find our main gate and service lane completely congested. If we want to go towards Sector 71 from our society, we can not take right because the service lane remains congested. We need to take left and go across the Parthala Chowk and there is a U-turn next and then again we get stuck in a jam while going towards Sector 71. It takes 25 minutes to cover this two-kilometer distance. Service lane was totally damaged and it got waterlogged during the rain.”

Unmanaged traffic creates chaos

Dinesh Singh, a resident of the society and an AOA member said, “It is a daily occurrence during the evening hours. More than one lakh commuters travel from this area. In the evening, the road is totally congested due to construction work. Rainwater gets accumulated on the service lane. There are some local vendors of food on the service lane, due to which traffic movement remains very slow.”
