Apex Golf Avenue: Residents complain about factory in parking area

Greater Noida: Residents of Apex Golf Avenue in Sports City 1, Sector 1, Greater Noida West alleged that the builder started his own personal business in the parking area of the society.

Residents of the society shared a tweet, “Is this a factory or basement car parking. Disaster waiting to happen at #apexgolfavenue builder violating all building norms even with 350+ family occupancy. Residents alleged that this factory is from the beginning and they have continuously shared their issues with the builder but no positive response came from that side. Residents shared that they also filed a complaint with Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) and they promised a tri-party meeting with the builder.

A resident on condition of anonymity said, “We all have complained about it many times and have sent an email to the builder but there has been no positive response from their side. The builder always gave us only assurance but never did what he said. We are waiting for the meeting with the builder and authority.”

Another resident said, “Builders start giving possession in the year, 2019 and the factory is here from the start. The wooden work is being done in this factory for no security reasons. It will become a fire hazard for society.”

CitySpidey also contacted the builder, he said, “This is not a permanent factory or my personal business. It is just for the convenience of the residents, who are yet to shift in their flats. This arrangement is being done to furnish their apartments, it is just temporary.”
