These potholes are so big that the wheels of cars or bikes can fit into them causing odd situations. As said by the people, these potholes have been there for about a month and they have worsened after rain.

The worst sufferers are bikers and people using light vehicles as they have to pass through such stretches whose surfaces are damaged besides potholes, evident at various spots.

Damaged stretches of road cause trouble for commuters.

Raman Sharma, a commuter, said, “Several other commuters had a tough time due to short spells of rain that occurred on Friday afternoon. The roads, which are already in poor condition, are causing more hindrance for commuting.”

Talking to CitySpidey on this issue, executive member of Dwarka Forum and resident of Dwarka Sector 7, Anil Nayal said, “Civic authorities like SDMC and DDA are responsible for such condition and they should take immediate action.”

People of the area, too, demanded the DDA  to make temporary arrangements as soon as possible to avoid more difficulties during rains.
