Artificial waterfall after rain in basement of Fusion Homes

Noida: Residents of Fusion Homes, a residential highrise society in Greater Noida West, are getting a lot of trouble these days. This is because of an artificial waterfall that has happened in the basement area of the apartment.

This has been causing immense inconvenience to the residents of the society and causing a huge obstacle to the residents who want to take out their cars from the parking lot. According to the residents, this matter has been taken to the authorities and the builder but nothing has changed till now.

Recently, the residents tweeted from their Twitter handle, “Today again Fusion Builder arranged a waterfall in the society. @salilya38170605 @nbhooshan @OfficialGNIDA @dmgbnagar Please check all these structural defects in society. #BuildingInBadCondition #ResidentsLifeAtRisk @city_spidey @Anjalis09068541 @tricitytoday  @HTNoidaGzb https://t.co/UmNXlk95NW. “The seepage has become horrible in Fusion Homes. Now seepage has turned into a waterfall in society. We have been struggling with this issue for the last three years and complained several times to builders but the situation has worsened rather than improving. GNIDA has already issued notice to the builder on the same but we are not seeing any action from the builder to resolve this issue permanently,” said Shyam Srivastava, a resident of Fusion Homes and Secretary of Fusion Homes Social Welfare Development.

He added, “The builder always puts a temporary patch to stop seepage but it opened after some time. We need a permanent solution rather than a temporary one. As per the builder, seepage always exists in any building which shows their intention to solve this issue. We need interference from the authority to get it resolved permanently.”
