Noida: Residents of Elegant Ville, a residential society in Techzone 4, Greater Noida West, protested against the builder to demand the basic amenities in the society.
They shared that the society has been under construction since 2011. Society is lacking in basic amenities. During rain, the water gets accumulated in the society. Snakes were also seen in society and there is no one to take responsibility for. The condition of the lift is not good and the registry of the flats is pending for many years.
According to the residents, the society has six towers in which two towers are under construction. Residents alleged that the builder has sold one flat to more than two or three people.

A resident of the society, on the condition of anonymity shared, “I have lived here for the last four years. The society does not have Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Rainwater Harvesting System and the registry is not done. I filed a complaint with UP RERA and Greater Noida Authority but no one has listened to us. The condition of the society is becoming pathetic day-by-day.”

Another resident, Ajit Singh said, “I lived here for the last three years but the registry is not done. When I purchased the flat, the builder said it would be done within six months, but now there is no response from their side. All the towers have only one lift respectively, and the condition is not good. There is no STP in the society which creates chaos in the society.”
Hemant Singh, a resident said, “The registry is pending for many years. The builder sold my flat to another person also, due to which I suffer from a lot of problems. They met and gave us false promises. I also filed the complaint in RERA but there is no response from that side. When the builder gave us possession, he assured us that the OC/CC would be delivered within six months.”
CitySpidey also tried to contact the builder but he did not respond.
