Several other commuters had a tough time due to short spells of rain that occurred on Saturday afternoon. The roads, which are already in poor condition, are causing more hindrance for commuters.

Talking to CitySpidey on the issue, a resident of Shree Awas Apartments, Hitesh Verma, said, “Civic authorities SDMC and DDA are responsible for such condition.”

Divya Mishra, a resident of Shree Awas Apartments, said, “The road is bad plus the space is mostly blocked by e-rickshaws. During the night, it gets difficult to move because the road is in such a bad shape with lots of potholes.”

She added, “E- rickshaw has blocked the front parking because of the hospital. If anybody drops and parks the car in front of the hospital's main gate then automatically traffic get disturbed.”

Earlier, a cave-in incident happened in Sector 18, Dwarka. The authorities must take it seriously as Sector 18 has been witnessing such incidents time and again.

Lalit Sharma, a resident of Sector 18B, said, “The road is in bad condition for  years and it is high time authorities pay attention to it.”

On the subject, officials from the DDA said that they would take the matter into their concern and do the needful.
