Dinesh Singh, a resident of Ajnara Homes 121 said, “This traffic jam is a daily occurrence during evening hours. The service lane is encroached by local vendors due to which commuters are facing  problems. Many times ambulances were stuck in the traffic and no traffic police were there. Due to traffic jams in service road, our society's main gates are also choked. Residents of the society are  facing problems.”

Another resident Amit Kumar shared, “There is no traffic police at the roundabout to manage the flow of traffic. An ambulance was stuck but there was no authority to clean the traffic for the ambulance. Traffic needs to be diverted to another route. Police should have to divert the route or use banners to divert the commuters. Every day, everyone is facing the same issue of traffic jams at the Parthala roundabout.”
