Gurugram: Inaugration for recarpeting road in Sector 81

Gurugram: The recarpeting of road connecting Vipul Lavanya to Sector 81 was inaugurated on Saturday by the local MLA Satya Prakash Jrawta. The development has brought cheers among the residents who have been demanding the recarpeting of roads for a very long time.

Over 450 families are currently residing here, who said that the road is filled with huge potholes causing so much trouble for them while commuting on the road.

While laying the foundation stone of the construction of the road, Jrawta said, "This development would provide big relief to the residents of the society and people nearby. Today I have fulfilled the promises I made to the residents of the society."

This 800-meter long RMC road will be completed in 4 months which will cost about 75 lakh rupees. "The condition of the road was pathetic and we have been requesting the authorities to recarpet the road for a long time and now hoping it would be complete soon," Shibashish Rudra, a resident of Vipul Lavanya said.

On this occasion, Sunderlal, Sarpanch Sikandarpur; Vijaypal, Sarpanch Naharpur; Sunil, RWA President Lavanya; Mamta Yadav, Dharamvir Yadav, and others were present.
