Greater Noida: The residents of VictoryOne Central, a residential society in Sector 12, Greater Noida West are fed up with the societal issues. According to the residents, the officials of Greater Noida inspected the society on August 26 and demanded the builder to submit the plan in 15 days strictly.
But till now, there have been no updates. The residents of the society said that the condition of the society has gone from bad to worse. In the place of car parking, there are bushes. There is water in the basement. Elevators do not work properly. Most of the flats have leakage problems.
Despite all these problems, the Greater Noida Authority has issued OC to the builder about 4 years ago. There have been several complaints from the residents of the society for which they regularly tweeted.
The residents of the society tweeted, “@OfficialGNIDA सर मीटिंग हुए भी काफी दिन हो गए हैं अभी तक सोसायटी कि समस्याओं को निस्तारण करने वाली कार्ययोजना के रोडमैप से हमें अवगत नहीं कराया गया है। कृप्या हमें अवगत कराने का कष्ट करें @nbhooshan @UPRERAofficial @dmgbnagar @Satishmahanaup @myogioffice @PMOIndia”

Many residents also tweeted saying that builders should hand over building maintenance to society groups as they are not capable enough to maintain the society even after taking costly maintenance charges from buyers. According to the residents, it’s going to be one month now but still, no positive results have come up after the inspection.
