On the issue of broken boundary wall, the residents shared, “The boundary wall between Panchsheel Greens 2 (Tower B2 to B4) is broken for more than 1.5 years, which is a security threat for the residents.”

Residents shared that they have complained to the authority about this issue, and they visited as well, but no solution has come till now. They also shared that the intercom service is not available in society.

Residents raised their concerns related to the pre-paid electric meters. They alleged that the meters are running very fast and they are demanding to add digital payments like Paytm, Google Pay etc. Residents said that the numbers of security guards available in the society premises are not adequate per the number of families living here.

One of the residents said, “The current security services available in Panchsheel Greens 2 is highly inefficient. The security guards available in the tower lobby and society entrance are highly unprofessional and not capable to manage any difficult situation. We are still awaiting the cameras in all our lifts which is also important from the security point of view.”

Residents also raised the issue of dark spots in the society, water overflowing from the terrace, lift maintenance, fire equipments and system, parking system, internet service issue, etc.

OSD, Santosh Kumar asked the person involved as a consultant on behalf of the builder side to send a roadmap, in which, there will be a time period for getting all the work done by them.
