Supertech Capetown: Residents relieved as basement pipeline leakage fixed

Noida: The residents of Supertech Capetown, Sector 74, Noida said that for the last 15 days, water had been flowing from the ceiling of the parking exit between the new towers and Tower CM2.

However, when CitySpidey talked with an official of the management team, he informed that pipeline leakage has been fixed. The residents of the tower alleged that no action was taken by the facilities team for the last 15 days. Many lights were also not functional in the B1 parking area.

As gathered by residents, basement leakage has been a persistent issue in society.

“The water keeps trickling down the walls and ceilings of these basements and management only provides temporary solutions. People are afraid of parking their vehicles, because of the leakage. Leaking sewer pipes have become common in society. If you go round the entire basement, you will find hundreds of points where water is leaking, making it difficult for people to park their cars. Despite complaining to the facility, no solution is being found,” said Ajay Pandey, resident of the society.

CitySpidey also reached out to a maintenance team official, he said, “We have now rectified the issue. There is some construction work going on due to which this situation has arisen. This usually happens during rainy days.”
