Stop selling new flats until you deliver the old, say Logix Zest residents

Noida: There are many homebuyers of Logix Blossom Zest, a residential society in Sector 143, Noida, who have been waiting for possession of their flats for the last 10 years. They raised the matter on Twitter alleging that the builder has not yet given possession to old buyers, but still doing advertisements to sell new flats and studio apartments.

The buyers were furious and raised the matter on Twitter. The flat buyers welfare association, an association formed by the buyers, has already taken the matter to UP  RERA. Almost 2,500 buyers are still struggling to get their flats.

The project has studio apartments and flats, all the buyers are waiting to get their possession and are feeling cheated now and demanding the authorities to give up their long-pending flats.

“Logix Blossom Zest has 3,500 units, out of which 800 are unsold. Builder is very aggressively selling the unsold inventories through its brokers – 360 realtors, Indiabulls and online platforms like magicbricks etc. He is luring the new customer by offering them heavy discounts and extras like AC, fridge, tv etc. Zest is a stalled project where construction is at halt for 7-8 years. 2,500 existing customers have been waiting for their home for 10-11 years. Of course, the new customers will also be cheated as this project is not legit and the builder has no intention to complete the project,” said Sanjeev Kumar, a buyer of Logix Blossom Zest.

“Through an RIT filed by our association, we got to know that Logix has outstanding land dues of Rs 291 crore. Work has been totally stalled in the project as of now. It is shocking to see advertisements for a stalled project where 2,500 are fighting to get their dream houses,” said Indrani Chaudhuri, a homebuyer of Logix Blossom Zest.
