Supertech Capetown: About 300 receive jabs in free vaccination camp

Noida: About 300 residents received jabs in a free Covid-19 vaccination camp organised by the Chief Medical Officer at Supertech Capetown, a residential highrise society in Sector 74 in Noida on Monday.

The vaccination camp was organised from 10 am to 4 am inside the society premises. Residents belonging to the age group of 18+. Both the first and second doses of the Covid-19 vaccine were administered to the residents.

Some residents had already registered for vaccination while senior citizens and others who could not register were given the facility of walk-in registration.
It is to be known that with more than 4,500 flats and 25,000 residents, Capetown is among the largest societies in Noida. Residents shared that two paid vaccination camps were earlier organised in collaboration with private hospitals in the past.
Arun Sharma, AOA President said, “In today's vaccination camp, all the beneficiaries got vaccinated by following physical distancing with discipline. Residents residing in different towers of the society, domestic workers such as maids, drivers, guards, plumbers, etc. were also vaccinated.”
