Pending registry of flats: Ecovillage 1, 2, 3 residents meet ACEO

Greater Noida: Residents of Supertech Ecovillage 1, 2 and 3 met with the Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) of Greater Noida Authority, Amandeep Duli and raised the issue of the pending registry of their flats on Wednesday.

They shared that the authority promised them to raise the issue of pending registry in their 123rd board meeting, but it didn’t happen. Regarding this, residents met with the ACEO and raised the issue of the pending registry of their flats.

Residents from all the three societies visited the authority office, in which the ACEO along with the finance team on Monday asked them to start their registry on a pro-rata basis. In this context, the ACEO has been called to meet again on October 6, Wednesday.

Anupam Mishra, a resident of Ecovillage 2 said, “In the board meeting of authority officials, the issue of the pending registry wasn't raised, which they had promised to us. This is why all the residents met with ACEO and in this context, ACEO has been called to meet again on Wednesday and gave assurance that the pro database registry will start.”

Sameer Bharadwaj, a resident of Ecovillage 1 said, “Authority gave us assurance that they will raise the issue of pending registry in their 123rd board meeting which didn't happen. So today, a group of residents from three societies met with ACEO and raised our points. Today, ACEO assured us that with the help of their finance team, they will start the registry on a pro-rata basis.”

Mrityunjay Jha, a resident of Ecovillage 3 said, “In the tri-party meeting, the authority gave us an assurance that they will raise the issue of pending registry in their board meeting but it didn’t happen. On Wednesday, another meeting will happen with the authority.”
