Noida: Residents of Logix Blossom County, Sector 137, Noida, have alleged that one of the residents was contacted by a broker to book a shop in this commercial project. As per the residents, the marketing office is operating on land which was earmarked as a green area as per the layout.
The residents said that the area where builders are proposing these commercial shops is a green area as well as an open area of the society and has no provision for the construction of commercial shops. Residents have also tweeted about this incident.

Neeraj Kumar, a resident of the society, was the one who was approached by a broker. “I was asked by one of the brokers that shops are available here and you can purchase it. I said that this area is not on the map. The broker said that this is available at cheap rates and later will be costly. The broker also said that we had a talk in RERA and only the Noida Authority's permission is required. For this statement, I said this should be first approved by the Noida Authority and then RERA. They also shared some pictures of the proposed commercial complex with brochures,” said Neeraj.
CitySpidey has reported this issue earlier also on the marketing office which is operating on land which was earmarked as a green area as per the layout. The residents said they have bought the house and paid a preferential location charge for the green area where this marketing office is constructed.
We were told at the time of booking that this is a temporary structure and will be demolished soon. Now, it's been 11 years since the project actually started and handover of the project has also been done, but still, this has not been demolished. The residents also said that due to the marketing office, now there is no separation from the residents' homes and cars that pass by. The pass-by road is exactly in front of the tower lobby. It is highly risky to small children who play there often or may rush out. The marketing office is illegal and not as per the approved plan. The residents have the plan details and it is also available at Noida Authority.
Another resident, Manoj Prasad, said, “When the project was launched in 2010, the builder made a temporary marketing office on-site to show sample flats. Ideally, the marketing office should have been removed but the builder did not do so as he has other plans. The builder has been promoting commercial shops. The builder has violated the UP-RERA act once again as he has not approved map from Noida Authority for its commercial complex.”
“Logix Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has been fooling buyers and will surely run away with their money as they have done to Blossom Green and Zest County projects where they have not even completed construction and hundreds of homebuyers are still waiting for their flats,” he said.
He also said, “We have filed complaints to Noida authority upon previous violations. Now that Logix blossom county has been able to register its Apartment Owners Association for the society, we are going to lodge an official case in Noida Authority against all wrongdoings of the builder for years. We are going to seek answers from the Noida Authority for its inaction on all previous complaints made by residents of the society. If required, residents are ready to file a lawsuit against both builders as well as Noida Authority for their negligence.”
City spidey talked to one of the officials from the sales team of the marketing office, he said, "There is no selling of shops going on. Construction work of 2 towers & handover of flat is currently going on, for which office is being used. Office has separate access & is in one of the corners, hence does not interfere with society facilities."
