Greater Noida: On October 3rd, residents of Victory One Central Society, Sector 12, Greater Noida, demonstrated peacefully outside the main gate of the society and Sector 63 office of Victory One, due to incomplete services in the society. Angered by the lack of basic facilities, residents said this demonstration will now happen every week until the promises made at the time of buying the house are fulfilled.
The series of allegations and counter-allegations against the builders in the societies of Greater Noida West is not stopping. According to the residents, there are 11 towers in the society out of which three towers I,J,H, K are under construction and don't have a boundary wall, which can let anyone inside the society. Society is currently under construction. Residents also said that there is no chimney on the generator

CitySpidey spoke to the residents of the society to understand their concerns.
Shalu Chauhan, a resident of the society said, “The condition of the society is terrible. We cannot let our kids roam alone in society from the basement to lift, from entry to exit, as there is waterlogging and construction material everywhere. We are not safe here”.
Another resident Tanu Parmar, said, “We don't have basic amenities like Club, STP, Parking, 2nd lift, Exit Gate, Boundary wall, Builder should complete the project as per the brochure.GNIDA should take the action against the Builder. UP Government should take the action against all corrupted officers who issued the NOC without completion of work”.
