Noida: The residents of Logix Blossom County, a residential society in Sector-137, Noida, were disappointed as nobody from the builder side turned up for a tri-party meeting at the Noida Authority office.
The CEO of Noida Authority had directed the ACEO for a mediation meeting on Monday (October 11) at 2:30 pm at the ACEO’s office, Noida Authority, Sector 6, Noida. A team of residents and members of the AOA went to attend the meeting.
However, according to the residents, no representatives from Logix infrastructure Pvt Ltd arrived to attend the mediation meeting at the office of the CEO, Noida Authority. Though the meeting was not done, the resident's team of Logix Blossom County met with the OSD, Housing & Planning squad, and discussed current issues in the society.
The planning team of Noida Authority is anticipated to schedule a visit to the society to take cognizance of its current crisis due to the mismanagement of the builder and the illegal encroachment within the society.

Residents said it was updated by the officials at Noida Authority that an official notice of knocking down or sealing of the marketing office, shall be instructed post-physical visit of their team members. The residents approached Noida Authority for their issues related to illegal encroachment inside society premises, and for various deficiencies within the society.

Manoj Prasad, a resident of the society, said, “Our team requested Noida Authority to provide us with the details of contacts/authorised people of Logix infrastructure Pvt Ltd. As per Noida Authority, there has been no transfer deed signed by new directors with them. Our team has submitted a letter to the ACEO Noida Authority for 'no show' of the builder despite the official order/instruction issued by them and to commence further essential actions on the issues.”
Biplav Chatterjee, a resident of the society, said, “The builder has been ignoring the calls or even coming to the talking table for a meeting with the residents to work out a way of improving the dismal state of infrastructure and pathetic facilities in Logix Blossom County. There was hope that they will abide by the order of the Noida Authority and will come to talk. However, it was surprising when they didn't show up.”.
CitySpidey talked to Avinash Tripathi, Officer on Special Duty, he said, “We will again schedule the meeting after Dussehra and this time we will ensure that builder will be present in this meeting.”
