Road safety is of utmost importance while commuting. The cases of road accidents are very common, which makes it even more crucial that people are aware of the traffic rules and how to be safe on road. According to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, more than 30% of the deaths in India are due to the non-use of helmets or non-ISI helmets, which number about 44,666. On the other hand, if we look at the statistics of deaths due to not wearing seat belts in the car, then it is about 14%, which accounts for 20,885 deaths.
