Mahaveer Thusoo, a resident of 14th Avenue, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West facing the issue of seepage from the sealing of his drawing-room. Thusoo shared that he made a complaint to the facility manager a number of times, but from the last three years, no action has been taken by them.

Thusoo said, “My family and I bought our first house after the long wait of 30 years. We all had a dream of our house but not in this condition. I took possession in 2018 in the month of October. From the start, I raised this issue to the facility manager and the maintenance team but no proper action was taken by them.”

According to Thusoo, in the last three years, the society is dealing with its fourth facility manager. He added, “This is the fourth facility manager of our society as per Gaursons Management. In the year 2019, February, one of the facility managers wrote a small note. He mentioned that the problem’s treatment has been completed, for dying the seepage it will take a minimum of one month to fix and after that, the paintwork will be done.”

Thusoo shared that he has been complaining regularly. The issue of seepage expands more day by day. Thusoo alleged that the maintenance team visited a number of times and did temporary work and that he has been living in this condition for the last three years.”

According to him, the maintenance team fails to find a solution. "If the plaster falls and any incident happens with my family, who will be responsible for that? Gaurson is busy changing their facility manager. The condition of society is becoming more pathetic day by day. All the venues of Gaursons are not in good condition,” he added. 

In a talk with CitySpidey, Santosh Pandey, Facility manager of the society said, “It will be repaired soon. We will check the issue and try to fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
